Spooky Skull Blast · Android and iOS
Updated: 20 September 2026
1. Who is responsible?
Spooky Skull Blast is a game for Android and iOS developed by VIDAVELOPMENT GmbH. The company responsible for the personal data processing described in this policy is:
VIDAVELOPMENT GmbH

Germany

For privacy questions or requests about your personal data, contact us at the email address above and mention Spooky Skull Blast. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
2. Advertising with Google AdMob
The game uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Its SDK can process your IP address, approximate location inferred from that address, advertising and app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and technical diagnostic information. These data support ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. The data processed depends on consent, device settings, and the advertising configuration.
Where enabled and permitted by your choices, personalized advertising uses information about your activity to select relevant ads. Non-personalized advertising may still process data for delivery, frequency limits, measurement, and security; it does not mean that no data is collected.
See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Mobile Ads data disclosures.
3. Analytics and crash reports
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used and to improve gameplay. Depending on configuration and your choices, this includes app interactions and events, session information, app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system information, and approximate geographic information.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose errors and improve stability. Crash reports can include installation identifiers, device and app versions, the time of a crash, stack traces, and technical information about the application's state.
More information is available in Firebase's privacy documentation.
4. Purchases and support
For purchases made through Google Play Billing or Apple’s App Store in-app purchase system, the relevant store provider (Google or Apple) processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. The game processes purchase information such as product identifiers, purchase tokens or transaction identifiers, and transaction status to unlock content, verify entitlements, and handle purchase issues. We do not receive your full payment-card details through these store billing systems. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s App Store privacy information.
If you contact us, we process your email address and the information you provide to respond to your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Providing support details is voluntary, but we may be unable to resolve your request without sufficient information.
5. Purposes, legal bases, and choices
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a) for optional analytics and personalized advertising. Where required, consent also covers accessing or storing non-essential information on your device under Section 25(1) TDDDG. Optional crash reporting is subject to consent where required. Consent can be refused or withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Purchase fulfillment and support necessary to perform a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b). Responding to other enquiries and processing that is strictly necessary to protect the game against fraud or technical abuse rely on Article 6(1)(f), with our interests being responsive support and a secure service. Records required by law are processed under Article 6(1)(c). These grounds do not replace consent where consent is required.
You can review or withdraw optional processing choices through the game's privacy controls. You may also contact us using the details above. Android's advertising settings allow you to reset or delete your advertising ID, depending on your Android version. On iOS, you can manage app tracking permissions in your device’s Privacy & Security settings. Device advertising controls do not necessarily disable analytics or erase data already collected.
6. Recipients and international processing
Data is shared with Google in connection with AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Play purchases. Google's role depends on the service: it processes Firebase customer data on our behalf under the applicable processing terms and may act independently for its own advertising, platform, and payment activities.
Apple processes App Store purchase and transaction information to provide its store and payment services under its own privacy terms. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing, retention, and international transfers.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Sharing is limited to information needed for the relevant purpose.
Google services may process information outside Germany and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google describes its use of adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for covered transfers, and standard contractual clauses in its data transfer safeguards. Contact us for further information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain personal data only for the relevant purposes and applicable legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept until the request and related follow-up are resolved, unless a legal obligation or an actual dispute requires longer retention. Purchase records are kept as needed to maintain entitlements, handle refunds or disputes, and meet applicable accounting requirements.
Google states that Crashlytics keeps crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured for the Google Analytics property. You can contact us for details about the retention period applicable to your data. Advertising information and payment information controlled by Google or Apple are retained under the respective provider’s policies and applicable legal requirements.
To request access to or deletion of information we hold, email info@vida-app.info with the game name and sufficient information to locate the relevant records. We may need proportionate verification of your identity. Please do not send passwords. Some SDK records use pseudonymous identifiers and may not be identifiable from an email address alone.
Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it can remove locally stored game data, but does not itself delete data previously sent to providers or purchase records. Requests concerning information controlled by Google or Apple can also be made through Google’s privacy tools or Apple’s Data and Privacy portal.
8. Your privacy rights
Where the GDPR applies, and subject to its conditions, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, and portability of data.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, email info@vida-app.info. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EU Member State where you habitually reside or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.
9. Children
Spooky Skull Blast is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the game, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
10. Security
No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Google's Mobile Ads SDK uses TLS to encrypt the data it transmits. We limit personal information used for support to what is necessary to address your request.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game or its data practices change. The updated policy will identify its effective date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent before a relevant change takes effect.
